Accounting Work Experience| Practical Training
The 3 month Practical Training in Advanced Bookkeeping & Payroll is for candidates that are looking to fast track their career in the accounting and payroll industry. Our training is structured in such a way that it is suitable for both experienced and inexperienced candidates. Candidates are provided with high quality training and hands on practical experience under the supervision of KBM Chartered Certified Accountants and Registered Auditors. Note that the training package counts towards your PER, as you are under supervision of the experts in their field and real work environment settings.
We have carefully designed and structured our training to give candidates the necessary practical skills to enable them understand and prepare accounts from source documents to the VAT return and behind. By the end of training with us you will learn the accounting procedures as applied in real life accountancy work. Every step has been designed to make sure that you gain the practical insight and skills of working in our accountancy practice.
Candidates have the opportunity to master a Computerised and payroll package of their choice from Sage, Sage Payroll, QuickBooks, IRIS, TAS or VT. In addition candidates have the opportunity to become proficient in Excel spreadsheets.
