Working on GLA ESF Adult Education Budget Provision for skills support for people in work/employed learners in Local London / East London sub-regions. Delivering AAT and KBM qualifications in accounting, finance and business administrations sectors.
Traineeship programmes were aimed at 16-18 year olds who require support to engage and progress to employment and/or further learning. Young People who are participating within the contract year 2018.
Digital Skills Training Programme (DSTP) by Facebook enabled people to learn the new skills are required in a digital community and helped to strengthen their previous skills. It was face-to-face training from the Facebook certified trainers. The project has trained 1200 learners during the period.
Trained participants in digital marketing to use of digital media to attract and engage with current and potential customers e.g. online advertising, email marketing and search engine optimization. Delivered City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing. The project owner was Government of Punjab through Punjab Skills Development Company, Pakistan in collaboration with DFID.
Provided training to the youth under The school-work alternation project which is an innovative teaching method, which through practical experience helps to consolidate the knowledge acquired at school and to test the attitudes of students and students on the field, to enrich their training and guide their study path and, in future of work, thanks to projects in line with their study plan. The school-work alternation, compulsory for all the students of the last three years of high school.
NEET Youth Talent Programme across London was to engage with businesses and find young people aged 16 – 24 to move into opportunities with employers. The project scope include Career Clusters, NRA, Traineeship, internship, ONA, Employment & Apprenticeship.
Higher Apprenticeship Programme was meant to deliver level 4 and above qualifications in Accounting and Business Administration across London.
It provided job shadowing as an opportunity for teachers, school leaders or other school staff to spend a period abroad in a partner school or another relevant organisation active in the field of school education. Also provided opportunity for teachers to gain competences in addressing the needs of pupils with disadvantaged backgrounds. Given the concerning young migrants, refugees and asylum seekers, particular attention also given to support projects that trained teachers in such areas as training refugee children, intercultural classrooms, and teaching pupils in their second language, classroom tolerance and diversity.
We provided opportunity for participants for training in mechanical engineering, technical drawing (CAD), construction and operation of machines sectors.
YouthPreneurs Project “Learning by doing” Erasmus was to promote entrepreneurship education & social entrepreneurship among young people through the organization of a training course for 36 youngsters on the topic of entrepreneurship - the course included understanding concepts, processes & skills associated with identifying business ideas, financial education. During the period the youngsters implemented business ideas at local level; they shared their work & experiences with their peers. The project was completed successfully.
Strategies for Refugees Project was to develop & implement effective & concrete ways to strengthen the integration of migrants in society & cope with pressing need for more inclusion. Helped social service providers & organizations working for migrants. Supported training & skills development for practitioners to improve their capacity building on diversity. The project was successfully completed
With the implementation of the project, we have set the aim of reaching complex development goals. First of all, our major goal is to adorn our students with knowledge and competences utilizable in the labour market. Accordingly, this means the improvement of the knowledge in English, the professional language and the digital competences as well as the work-based acquisition of modern theoretical and practical knowledge. The mobilities implemented in Brighton and London would mean efficient support for the implementation of the goals and missions.
Under the Advanced Learning Loans delivered AAT and OCR qualifications in Accounting and Business Administration. The project was successfully completed in the stipulated time frame.

Digital Inclusion project (UK) was targeting people who were most disadvantaged in the labor market and more exposed to social exclusion, such as immigrants and the unemployed. International co-operation provided a good avenue of exchanging ideas and best practices about enhancing digital inclusion in various European societies. Exchanging experiences about improving digital skills to exploit the potential of ICT / acquiring new ICT related skills fostering digital literacy to increase the employability.
JOTIC project was a mobility programme for project participants carrying out a professional traineeship in the field of Digital Strategies within private and public organisations based in the destination countries: Ireland (Dublin), London (United Kingdom) and Malta. Before the mobility all participants received preparation about the cultural and pedagogical aspects of the hosting countries.
The project has covered the initiative of youth in ICT, new technologies, digital competences; combating failure in education; Enterprise, industry and SMEs and entrepreneurship - participants carried out professional traineeship in Digital Strategies within private & public organizations in destination countries like Ireland, UK, Spain & Malta. All participants received training on Digital Skills & use of Internet & Google tools. The project was completed successfully.

The project was focused on developing skills in the accountancy sector while training on the job and promoted by KBM, the aims include Promote Mobility and strengthen the European dimension; Improve the quality of instruction and professional training; Improve processes of validation of skills and qualifications; Strengthen mutual learning and cooperation.
Through the TEFAS project trained students on KBM’s practical Accountancy programs and mainly unemployed UK Nationals belonging to minority ethnic groups and living in the UK. The beneficiaries of the project were placed in the Accountancy sector and to benefit from 12 weeks of professional training in one of the hosting companies that form the transnational net of the project. The hosting companies was from Dublin, Ireland and in Mosta, Malta.
NMT (UK) Project – Traineeships in Europe for the New Media Sector for VET Learners which was Erasmus Plus VET Project promoted by the KBM focusing on mobility for project participants carrying out a professional traineeship in the field of Digital Strategies within private and public organizations based in the destination countries Ireland, Italy and Malta. Before the mobility all participants received training with a focus on Web Marketing, Social Media Marketing and IT Strategies.
The Mobility Programme in Ireland began with an intensive Language course. The language course was organised to take account on the weaknesses of the beneficiaries in order to prepare them before the commencement of the placement. Students were completely immersed in the language and culture of the host country and also enjoyed cultural visits. Besides the daily four hours within the class, the candidates extended through their own motivation and willingness to develop their linguistic skills in “real-life” situations.
Leonardo Mobility Project for PLM – People on the Labour Market – promoted by Ordine dei Medici di Latina, Italy, in cooperation with AIO Lazio (Association of Italian dentists) and with other regional medical associations: 8 week mobility of young professional dentists from different Italian regions in the 3 destination countries: United Kingdom (London), Spain (Barcelona and Granada), Malta. The young doctors benefited from 2 weeks of language course followed by 6 weeks of job shadowing activities in private and public dental clinics in all project destinations.
The groups of students along with group leaders from Tannoia School, Italy were welcomed by KBM Group, the students had completed 4 weeks of full-time professional work placement with KBM in Foreign Office, Media, and Accountancy.
